The Cardiff System offers a variety of plate lengths and multiple screw options including primary and rescue sizes as well as self-tapping and self-drilling screws
Sonoma™
The Sonoma Anterior Cervical Plate System offers both rigid and semi-rigid constructs, utilizing a low profile plate and self-locking screws. The plate is pre-lordosed for better anatomic fit and has large windows for viewing the disc space and graft site. The self-locking screws require no additional locking mechanisms or steps and lock flush to the plate. The Sonoma System offers a variety of plate lengths and multiple screw options including primary and rescue sizes as well as variable and limited angle screws.
Sierra™
The Sierra System is designed for occipital-cervical-thoracic stabilization. Fixation is achieved using occipital plates and screws as well as thoracic screws and cervical hooks. The screws utilize the same locking mechanism found on the Malibu™ System.
The Sierra System offers all the standard connectors required to cross the cervical-thoracic junction and attach to larger rod systems. A smaller version of the SeaSpine CrossBar™ is also available.
Cambria™
Cambria is an interbody device for spinal fusion procedures in the cervical spine (C3 - C7). Cambria has a trapezoidal footprint for ease of placement and dual convexity surfaces for a better anatomic fit.
Cambria features:
- Two sizes with dual convexity and lordotic surfaces for better anatomic fit
- A low profile, secure attachment mechanism for the inserter
- A large central opening for graft material
- Teeth on the superior and inferior surfaces to prevent migration
Fabricated from PEEK-OPTIMA® Polymer
Balboa™
Balboa is an anterior buttress plate system designed to prevent kick-out of anterior interbody lumbar grafts. The buttress plate has a very low profile, two fixation spikes for initial fixation, and a single screw for securing the plate to the bone. With only three instruments required for implantation, the Balboa system is quick and easy to use.

UCR
UCR, a pedicle screw based system for stabilization of the posterior thoracolumbar spine, was developed in 1997 and became SeaSpine's first product to market. It features a patented two component locking mechanism which captures, aligns and locks the screw in one simple step.
The cap captures the rod and aligns it with the screw before tightening the set screw. This results in less stress on the locking mechanism and a decreased risk of thread damage and cross-threading. The two component cap and set screw design provides high rotational and axial strength with relatively low tightening torques and allows for a small footprint below the rod with maximum screw angulation.
The UCR System offers the surgeon:
A variety of screw diameters and lengths
Standard and reduction screws
Two rod diameters – 5.5mm and 6.35mm

Malibu™
Malibu is SeaSpine's 3rd generation pedicle screw system based on the original UCR patented locking mechanism. The Malibu System has a very low profile and small footprint thanks to a newly designed integrated cap and set screw. By combining the cap and set screw into a single locking cap, Malibu can take advantage of the easy starting and limited cross-threading properties of an outer cap with the smaller size and ease of use of an internal set screw design.
Malibu is a complete posterior thoracolumbar fixation
system offering:
- A wide variety of screw lengths and diameters
- Polyaxial, monoaxial and reduction screws
- Deformity products including a variety of hooks, iliac bolts, and connectors

CrossBar™
SeaSpine's CrossBar is a top loading, multi-dimensional link which telescopes to adjust its length, pivots around its midpoint, and rotates around its longitudinal axis. The CrossBar is offered in a variety of sizes which span rods from the upper thoracic spine through the lumbar spine. The CrossBar is offered in a straight and contoured design and fits a variety of rod diameters. The CrossBar's low profile, versatility, and ease of use have made it one of SeaSpine's most popular product offerings.
